EGRS 251 Introduction to Engineering and Public Policy

This course introduces students to the governance of science and engineering. Course topics include the overall context for science and engineering policy, the public policy process and institutions involved in that process, and several current science and engineering public policy issues. The course includes a combination of role-playing exercises, debates, field trips, as well as traditional lectures. Students may not earn credit for both EGR S251 and PSTD 251.[V]
