HIST 354 Seminar: 1968 - Year of Global Rebellion

1968 was a tumultuous year around the world. The Tet Offensive in Vietnam, the Prague Spring, the assassination of MLK, the Biafran War in Nigeria, the Olympic Games in Mexico City, and other events occupied the attention of global citizens increasingly connected by international social movements and satellite technology.
